(yes, from our brand new iMac :>) It takes a lot of time to write something with only one hand... but here I am! And I will be at work on monday, so don't worry, they will take my bandages off and I should be able to move the left hand again and do ordinary things like to fasten my belt and so on... Anyway, i'm pretty sure that this customer thinks that software is like fashion and they install programs according to his wallpaper or icon set or something like that. So, guys, keep up the good work at the office and wait for me! At least I can write!! (yes, from our brand new iMac :>)

I'm pretty sure it's weather's fault, or Christmas, or something, that people is so sensitive these days and, when it comes to customers, you find them worrying more about the lookings than the workings.
