On sale: Bran Castle!!!
The Romanian Government decided to sell Dracula’s Castle, the most important tourist attraction from Romania. Anyway, the Government never cared too much about tourism, or at least that is my opinion.
The castle, with 57 rooms and no heating costs around $80 million, but then again: who needs heating when there is still tuica in the world?

Nope, it is not the Government selling it, your info is wrong. It is the owner of the castle, some guy living in America, who wants to sell it. He made a proposal to Brasov County first, but apparently the price was to high. I just hope it remains a museum.
Weird, people come here for “Dracula” and there’s no sign of him within this castle…

Hmm, strange. Actually I’ve seen this on TV here in Spain and that’s what they said. That’s what happens when the info has to travel 4000 km. Thanks for the info.
I suspect that what will happen is that someone will buy it, will make it a hotel and will promote it as that special place where you can take your wife for the honey moon, or something like that. I hope not…
